Franz Joseph Haydn: Trumpet Concerto In E Flat Hob.VIIe/1 (Trumpet/Piano)

Haydn wrote his trumpet concerto in 1796 for Anton Weidinger (1767-1852), the trumpeter in the court Orchestra in Vienna. Weidinger is considered to have been the finest exponent of this instrument and his experiments resulted in the creation of a fully chromatic Trumpet.
